Delete Your FLASH AI Account

• Open the FLASH AI app and sign in.
• On the home screen, tap the menu (☰) at the top left.
• Tap Delete Account.
• Read what will be deleted, tick the confirmation box and tap “Send OTP”.
• Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and tap “Verify OTP and delete my account”.

You are logged out straight away and your store goes offline. Your data is permanently deleted after 2 days.

If you can no longer use the app, send an email to support@flashai.co.in with the subject "Account Deletion Request - FLASH AI" and include:

• the mobile number you sign in with
• your shop name
• the reason (optional)

Email a deletion request

To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request from your registered mobile number (for example, with an OTP or a WhatsApp message) before deleting anything.

• Immediately after we confirm the request: you can no longer sign in, and your online store goes offline.
• After 2 days: your account and data are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

• Profile: mobile number, name, email and settings
• Shop details: name, address, logo, GST and store settings, domain
• Products, categories, collections, catalogues and store pages
• Uploaded photos and AI-generated images and videos
• Connected Instagram account access token and account ID
• Notification tokens
• Credit balance and usage history

• Invoices, payment and order records that GST, tax or other laws require us to keep, only for the period the law requires (usually up to 8 years). They are then deleted.
• Copies in encrypted backups, until they are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.

• Unused credits are lost, and an active subscription is not refunded by deleting your account.
• Cancel your subscription in the Play Store (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) so you are not charged again. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
• Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play’s refund policy.
• Your customers will no longer be able to reach your online store.

You can also remove FLASH AI's access to your Instagram account at any time from the Instagram app → Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites, or at instagram.com/accounts/manage_access.
